Product Description
The fully isolated single-phase AC voltage regulator module (hereinafter referred to as the voltage regulator module) is manufactured by integrating random solid-state relays, random SSR phase-shift triggers and synchronous transformers (as the internal power transformer of the module). Its principle: under the action of synchronous voltage (this synchronous voltage is also used as the working voltage of the module), after synchronous phase detection, phase shifting, and triggering, it can be automatically controlled by 0-5VDC or 0-10VDC signal or manually controlled by potentiometer to generate a phase-shift trigger signal to trigger the corresponding components (thyristor) to achieve the purpose of phase shift voltage regulation. When manually, only an external potentiometer is needed to adjust the AC power. When automatically, the voltage regulator only needs to input 0-5VDC or 0-10VDC voltage or 4-20mA current for adjustment. In many occasions, it can replace the bulky contact voltage regulator. The product is widely used in petrochemical instruments and equipment, food machinery, packaging machinery, textile machinery, stage lighting to adjust analog quantities such as power, voltage, temperature, brightness, speed, etc.
