The PAK series controller is an intelligent three-phase phase-shift trigger and a frequency-crossing zero-crossing dual-purpose trigger that uses single-chip microcomputer technology. It is powerful and reliable and can adapt to various types of industrial electric furnaces such as various resistance wires, silicon carbon rods, and silicon-molybdenum rods and tungsten wires with transformer loads. It is also used for motor soft start control.
 

Product Features

1. 0-20mA (0-5V)/4-20mA (1-5V)/0-10V signal compatible input;
2. Use single-chip microcomputer for linear power correction. When the load is resistive, its output power is proportional to the input signal. There are two modes: phase shift voltage regulation and frequency power regulation;
3. Soft start/soft stop 2~30 seconds adjustable;
4. Phase loss detection and overheating alarm function;
5. Manual adjustment, instrument automatic adjustment, small setting, large limit function;
6. Automatic synchronization function, no need to align the phase sequence when connecting the thyristor trigger line;
7. Adopt full optical isolation strong trigger technology, with very high reliability; can adapt to silicon molybdenum rods, tungsten wires, motors and inductive loads.
