HHG1F series three-phase motor forward and reverse solid state relay (hereinafter referred to as relay) is specially developed for three-phase motor control. It complies with GB/T14048.4-2010 and GB/T14048.5-2008 national standards, and is suitable for AC 50Hz (60Hz) three-phase rated voltage AC380V induction motor rotation direction control circuit electrical appliances, and commutates, connects and disconnects external circuits according to predetermined states. It can be quickly connected to computers and various digital circuits. The control circuit contains interlocking circuits and delay circuits. The switching time between forward and reverse is greater than 100ms to avoid damage caused by excessive impact current during forward/reverse. The relay has two specifications to choose from; three-phase two-control: two terminals are internally connected to thyristor forward and reverse phase switches, and the other terminal is internally connected with a short-circuit line; three-phase three-control: all three terminals are internally connected to thyristor switches, and the overvoltage and anti-interference capabilities are better than three-phase two-control, and the reliability is high. There are two control methods: common cathode and common anode. The relay load voltage is 40-440VAC, and has built-in RC circuit and varistor. The thyristor adopts high dv/dt, which is widely used in the field of industrial automation control and some harsh use occasions, such as electric actuator control, including steam valves, flow control, shut-off valves, elevators and other actuators. It has the advantages of small size, no sparks, and corrosion resistance.
