HHT4 series power regulator is a power controller based on thyristor module and intelligent control circuit as the core, also known as thyristor power regulator. The basic principle is that the DC signal output by the instrument is converted into a digital synchronous trigger signal to trigger the thyristor, and the conduction angle of the thyristor is changed to adjust the voltage and power, thereby achieving precise temperature control. It is widely used in heating industries such as industrial electric furnaces, glass melting furnaces, ovens, petrochemicals, shoe machines, etc.
 
Product Features


1. With multiple control input signals (4~20mA/0~5V/0~10V/1~5V/2~10V, etc., which can be switched and selected by yourself;
2. With manual adjustment of internal output power and manual adjustment + automatic adjustment of external output power;
3. With fuse open circuit indicator/load short circuit, open circuit indicator (optional), SCR temperature overheat (75ºC) indicator and abnormal alarm contact;
4. With load output power 0~100% display percentage;
5. With load buffer heating time (about 15 seconds);
6. SCR overheating or FUSE melting immediately stops output function, and buffers output when power is restored after fault elimination;
7. Built-in ultra-fast fuse to protect SCR from damage (and the fuse is easy to disassemble and install);
8. Over-rate heat sink, fast thermal conductivity, good heat dissipation;
9. Power frequency self-detection, 50~60Hz can be used, no selection or switching is required.
