Description
C-lin Brand photoelectric sensor switch is a displacement sensor with switching output, with NPN, PNP, NO, NC and relay output mode, it can be detect metal (such as iron, steel, copper) object, plastic, glass, wooden, water, paper, magnetic etc. transparent or opaque objects, can be connect with PLC, servo controller, frequency inverter, counter, controllers to achieve the purpose of automatic signal input control. It is widely used in the field of machinery, textile, light industry, papermaking, printing, packing industries. Meanwhile as per to market demand, we developed C series high class photoelectric sensor and E series normal class photoelectric sensor.
Diffuse type photoelectric sensor can detect any object (transparent and opaque object), such as: table, wall, transparent glass, metal plate etc.
Retro-reflective type photoelectric sensor (with reflector) can detect opaque object, such as: plastic, metal plate etc.
Through-beam type photoelectric sensor can detect opaque object, such as plastic, metal plate etc.

Maintenance and overhaul
In order to ensure long-term stable operation of the photoelectric switch, please carry out the following periodic inspections;
1. Check that the installation position of the detection object and the photoelectric switch is offset, loose, and deformed.
2. Check the wiring, whether the connection part is loose or not, and the contact is broken.
3. Check for any deposits such as sticky metal dust.
4. Check the operating temperature and whether there are any abnormalities in the surrounding environment.
