Product Description
HHD3E-Pseries motor protector (hereinafter referred to as protector) is applicable to the power supply circuit with AC 50Hz and rated working voltage of AC380V and below, and forms a motor control circuit with AC contactor and other switching appliances. When the main circuit of the motor is in abnormal working conditions such as phase failure and overload, disconnect the contact of the switching appliance in time, disconnect the three-phase power supply of the motor to protect the motor quickly and reliably. The protector adopts the quantitative setting mode of potentiometer, which directly adjusts the setting current of the protector according to the rated current value calibrated on the motor nameplate, which is more convenient and intuitive than the setting mode without quantification and starting the motor, the protector adopts the continuous adjustable technology of starting avoidance, and the overload has excellent inverse time limit performance, which can meet the needs of various motors from light load to heavy load starting. For the product with rated voltage AC300-450V, the acceptable fluctuation range is 280-450V; For rated voltage AC220V the acceptable fluctuation range is 130-265V.
The patented phase lost circuit doesn't have the problem of refusal to switch on at no-load, and can be used with automatic control, forward and reverse rotation and other circuit ( such as motor protection for air-compressor).
